- Hamilton Half Marathon: 21-kilometre race through the island’s scenic countryside.

- Great Whitehaven Beach Run: 5k, 10k, or half marathon race along Whitehaven Beach.
- Hamilton Island Triathlon: Includes a 750m swim, 20k bike ride, and 5k run.
